"I was challenged and encouraged. I truly felt like I had made progress and understood new things about myself that I hadn't seen before. I also felt seen and validated in my life path so far. Katrin gave me hope within a realistic and achievable framework."

Are you at a point where you can't make much progress on your own?
Are you looking for a new perspective or want to review and refine an existing one? Do you know where you want to go, but the path seems unclear?
Individually or in a group?
In individual settings or group workshops, I will accompany you to make tangible progress. I have been supporting people at turning points for over 20 years. The group settings I specifically develop and lead offer space for new perspectives and mutual resonance. In individual mentoring sessions, I will reflect on your current situation with you and support you in gaining courage and taking appropriate next steps.
I draw on my own life experiences
as a former professional dancer, as an economist with leadership experience in cultural and management consulting, as a mother of three who largely manages career and family on her own, and as a woman who has experienced and shaped many transitions herself. I know the phases of doubt, of exhaustion, of gathering courage, and ultimately, of new beginnings – and I know how helpful it is to have a clear, unbiased, and empathetic outside perspective in these moments and, above all, to not be alone.
The concept for the group workshops originated in 2000 as "transition coaching" for the career development of dance professionals . Back then, there were very few industries where you had to leave a profession you had once learned and loved early. The workshops have been continually developed since then. Today, the transition to something new happens in all industries, often of your own volition. The theme of transition remains the same. Through the workshops, and later as a job coach, I have been able to accompany numerous wonderful people on their journeys in one-on-one mentoring sessions.
My work is not therapy—it doesn't replace it, but it can usefully complement or prepare for it. I openly inform my mentees if I feel that therapeutic support would be appropriate.
In mentoring , and especially in envisioning, I work with a body-conscious and open mind. Where appropriate, I incorporate elements of the Choreographic Thinking method , which combines body intelligence, movement principles, and systemic perspectives. This creates new paths that can not only be conceived, but also embodied and lived.
